Hi, I’m Makayla! I’m a passionate photographer, videographer, and filmmaker based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Electronic Media and a minor in Communication, along with three certificates in Directing, Screenwriting, and Broadcasting. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, which I apply to all my creative projects.

As a published freelance photographer and videographer, I specialize in capturing moments that tell a story. Whether it’s a special event, a branding shoot for small businesses, or creating compelling visual content for social media, I strive to bring each client’s vision to life. In addition to my photography and videography services, I also offer branding and social media strategy to help small businesses enhance their online presence.

In my spare time, I love to write and direct films. I’ve created two web series that reflect my storytelling passion: the first, a dating drama called Done In The Dark and the second, a horror anthology series called Noir Stories.
